India welcomes US suspending aid to Pakistan

NEW DELHI: India on Monday welcomed the US decision to suspend $800 million worth of military aid to its Pakistan.

“It is not desirable that this region had to be heavily armed by the US, which will upset the equilibrium in the region itself,” External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna said, according the domestic PTI news agency.

“To that extent, India welcomes this step,” he said.

Reasons behind hapiness are different. India has always been asking US to stop aid to Pakistan, which in its view, was being used against india.

We are happy that we will get rid of thing which has never reached and was used just to pressurize Pakistan.

Hope this tim no joker from congress comes out and say that aid should be continued.

We will present as soon as we get solid proof that cannot be denied. We have the indications even proofs (might not be sufficient) but we do not keep ranting like you based on insufficient proofs.

Do you even know in what way these funds are utilized by PA ? You were given gifts like F16, P3C Orion etc. etc. Just tell me when was the last time these F16 flew to bomb the terrorist ? Oh ! Wait...they are station on the eastern front facing towards India.
Or tell me why would Pakistan need P3C Orion to fight against terrorist in the first place. The weapons which Pakistan used to get for being US puppet cannot be used against terrorist unless you are willing to let innocent people die along with terrorists. All those weapons were not meant for anti-terrorist operations, US knew that but they never cared to ask question because they knew those weapons are not going to be used against them.

It was pre condition that if US want us to be ally in WoT, then we need to be sure there is no misadventure from india. We are not that big army to engage both at eastern as well western border. So we needed these for deterrence rather than using on you. Is that hard to understand?

Yes we are busy giving out visas to Afghans so they can visit and find out what is real world and not some refugee camps.
