PM Nguyen Tan Dung hails VN-India strategic ties
PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng hailed the fine developments of the strategic partnership between Việt Nam and India while receiving Indian Minister of State for External Affairs and Human Resource Development E. Ahamed in Hà Nội on January 6.
Mr. E. Ahamed is now in Việt Nam to attend the 40th anniversary of Việt Nam-India diplomatic ties and the 5th anniversary of the Việt Nam-India strategic partnership.
Việt Nam attaches importance to consolidating and enhancing the relations with India, affirmed the Vietnamese Government chief.
He also hoped that both sides would boost the implementation of inked agreements and launch new cooperative programs in terms of economics, trade and investment.
PM Dũng also reiterated that Việt Nam is consistent with supporting Indias Look East policy and ready to help India strengthen cooperation with ASEAN member states.
The Indian Minister of State expected that Vietnamese Government will create favorable conditions for Indian businesses to do long-term investment in Việt Nam.
He hoped that both sides to beef up exchange of delegations at all levels to strengthen the friendship, mutual confidence and understanding between the two nations.
