What is the basis for your conclusion?

Why did you conclude that our dear Phuket is an Indian?

The Vietnamese should get rid of backward Communism first and then embrace free world led by the US and India.

But both India and the US are the allies of the current Vietnamese communist regime. Why they (India and USA) should pull down the regime which is an ally of theirs?

Moreover, the Vietnamese people don't welcome the political interferences from outside.

As for the news itself - there should be direct flights between Hanoi/HCMC and Indian cities(now the travel is through Bangkok or Hongkong) and tourism improved between India and Vietnam. This will improve the people to people interractions. Vietnam is a beautiful country but not being promoted in India unlike Thailand.
