India need America more than America need India. Without America, you guys are not even allowed to have nuclear bombs legally. You would still be under sanctions by the west. So India need to consider this fact before taking another step.

Although US sanctions plays a role , the decision to cut Iran oil orders also depends on economics.Majority of the countries are also cutting oil imports from Iran but I hoe the crisis will be averted soon.

US nuke deal was a better option that IPI deal . A deal that could end 3 decades of nuclear apartheid v/s a pipeline at the mercy of pakistan.That is a no brainer.

As for visas , look at the chinese , pakistani ,russian , so on appliers . Nothing out of the blue .Everybody wants to be in US .
