No they don't but even if they do we can ban them because we do not claim to the be the beacon of light and the biggest secular democracy in the world. We are after all an Islamic state. Yes there are morals of the society and then there are the ideals that you so often preach to others and not follow yourself. By standards of some Pakistanis, some would consider a woman fully clothed to be "****".

I think in NWFP, they banned women on billboards when MMA was in power, though I believe that has been reversed now.
