But I think the current stand of GoI(leave aside media reports)is not accusing Pakistani state of terrorism but Pakistani nationals and organizations. It does accuse Pakistan of not going fast enough on acting against those individuals and organizations which is very different that accusing Pakistan govt of sponsoring terrorism

In the aftermath of the Mumbai attacks, Indian political and military leadership accused Pakistani institutions. The Indian naval Chief got involved as well, and accusations of naval commandos, PN and other nonsense was thrown about.

The GoI has only recently started to tone down its rhetoric, by implying that there may be certain elements in Pakistan not under the control of the GoP who were responsible, but even that is a thinly veiled attack on the PA/ISI.

Not very different than Pakistan using 2nd rung officials and ministers continuously ranting about India's involvement in Balochistan and collusion with TTP and all that BS. But I believe thats mostly posturing.

ISI though is still a favourite punching bag for GOI as RAW is for GoP..

However the official stand has always been to ask Pakistan to move against the terrorist organizations within pakistan and not to stop terrorist activities..

But that's my point - why criticize Pakistan for this when the US and India do the same?

Dont you find it at all suspicious/interesting that Pakistan has inside track with all terror outfits that allows it to point out terror leaders for different countries.. whether it is AT for the US or Jundallah for Iran
