I agree.

We should stick to IL-476 (the new generation version of the Gajraj) and expand on it. Having so many widebody platforms will screw up operational readiness.

A330 has definitely got a logistics advantage but this should have been though before amassing IL based platforms in the IAF.

Now, it will just transform our AWACS fleets into a zoo of makes.

Between illyushin and Airbus the iaf has leverage in sanctions prone environment
