I do not understand what you are talking about. Issue is not what your govt writes on papers. Issue is all those unwritten prohibitions and rules that do not allow our goods to cross into India. Your agreement papers give in one hand and then your customs officials take back in two hands. So, what is the use of all those agreements? These are all paper tigers.
