As for cost (20/100)*2000(k USD)=400k usd per missile
400,000*6000=2,400,000,0000=2.4bil USD
and ofcourse, by producting that number of missiles, that will dramaticly lower the price of the missiles

According to previously published estimates, the cost of one interceptor missile is around $50,000 for Iron Dome, $700,000 to $1 million for David’s Sling and about $2.7 million for Arrow 2. At around $2.2 million each, the interceptor missiles for Arrow 3 are slightly cheaper. The United States, by the way, funds part of the projects.

Multiple sources are saying $1 million. That means 6000 missiles will cost atleast $6 billion. That too without including dev cost,radars, offset, training etc. You can't out bid russians in price.

Ok, both are kinda proven. But, russian offer is less costly,less restrictions and more range.

David sling is with a single missile (stunner ) rite ? S400 is with 3-4 type of missiles that means its more versatile.
