The volume is reduced, only if compared to last few years. It is more than 2015-16 levels..

State run refiners are importing at the normal levels, private players have refused to buy from Iran - which is quite understandable.

The state doesn't decide for the private refiners in India. It should have been easy to understand for most folk.

Yes. The private players cut off their intake as they deal with the west. The state continues at the same pace.
