The Chinese have the right idea, even though they are light years ahead of endia, they refuse to call themselves a superpower, that is the right way, whereas hundreds of millions are hungry and they think they are already rich.

This is called lack of Education. For Us, War is least important. Economy is most Important. we are only spending some 35-40 Billion Dollar per annum on Defence with growth of 10%-20% per annum as per GDP growth which is around 8%-10%. 2% of GDP in Defence. War is not important.
