If you wanna imply that when TTP has no job order by Raw and they are hired by CIA or any other agency by paying their fee they will carry out the job well I guess you are right but main supporter and financial root of TTP is India and Raw otherwise it doesnt make sense why TTP would attack Pakistan's AWACS etc as they were no threat to TTP but a threat to India .

Why wouldn't world sympathize with Pakistan when it lost near 100 thousand people to terror in last decade..no country has lost so many people as Pakistan did? Ask yourself the question....you will get the answer. Blaming India will not do any good.
