BD, India and Pakistan shouldn't chest thump, shouldn't brag about a rise in GDP of say 50$, 75$, 150$, 500$ in a year of per capita GDP as some huge landmark success, looking at the abysmally low per capita GDP of these countries and looking at the per capita GDP of developing countries which is 5 times higher on average.
