You might have heard of guantanamo bay. Just look at the treatment given to the prisoners there. It is closed now but the U.S.A. has opened such a facility in iraq. NOBODY treats their POWs in a civilised manner, be it india or pakistan or any other country as a matter of fact.

That's somewhat bad argument to make. Germans were rushing to surrender to Americans in WW2 because they knew Soviets would treat them worse. Despite the war on terror this is still the case -- unless you are an ununiformed freedom fighter who is "enemy combatant" rather than soldier, much better to surrender to Americans. You also might want to look at modern China. When American pilots are captured they are treated like kings and given steak and girls .

ajmal kasab was in mumbai prison,surrounded by marathi speaking people for an year before he spoke some marathi words in court.(yeah just some marathi words while he spoke urdu).If i spent a year in a pak jail,surrounded by pakistani prisoners and police,i sure as hell learn to speak urdu.Your own govt admitted that he was pakistani citizen,before that your own geo tv proved he was pakistani.

My cousin brother can speak fluent Chinese, Urdu and Burmese apart from 5 Indian state languages(part of his armed forces training).. What's in a language? I myself could probably give any UPite of today's times a run for his money when it comes to knowing crisp Hindi.

After all, intelligence agents and today's intel agents (terrorists) are trained according to changing times isn't it? Knowing a language is no guarantor for innocence these days.
