Did I read this correctly someplace, that bil lateral trade would be 40 billion if this opened up?

Wrong the MFN will only have limited things if ever given to India. Besides, Quality matters?

India wants MFN so that it could have one way trade from Pakistan to Afghanistan to Central Asia, and it cannot happen that way.

So nahi millay ga... Pakistan doesnot get much in return...its happy trading with China.
