Indians should stop begging for British aid before you lecture others. Yea sure Indian officials might say its 'peanuts' in public, but behind the scenes they beg for it. India is one of the worlds largest debtor countries which needs all the help you can get.

Actually foerign aid is not abt helping it is more of a strategic step.
India actually dont give aids they are actually loans.
