The strategic reserves has to be filled daily, its not like a storage of grain, it has to used and replinished daily !!
So for replinishment where will u get oil?
Actually 90 days are overstated !!!
U can use the fuel for 90 days if served for military purposes alone, not for economic activities !!
If the fuel are used for common people too, then the reserves will stand for some 40 days !!
And eventually china will have to give in to india!!
So troll somewhere, and don forget we have the biggest base in andaman which is 150 km from sumatra
