we all know how Israeli turned a F16 into a very leathel beast (SUFA) and when and israeli AESA based Radar and combined and minutrised avionicks and electronick countermeasures and warfare suite air to air and air to ground weapons and LDP/recce/FLIRST pod makes an avrage light fighter more potent than any MRCA owr western naigbours have and wonder what might happen if we give the same israeli systems to MKI

No, it is based on Mirage V, changing the engine to use the same as the Phantom II, with Israeli Electronics.
The most visible change is the canards.
The Nesher is much more close to the Mirage V.

Difference between SAAB and Israel is that SAAB has GaN AESA now, and Israelis want to develop it.

I know this is from Sputnik News, and we should take it with a grain of salt, but why would India reject such an offer when it opened up the defense sector to FDI? Indian defense industry needs management expertise and ToT a major weapons supplier like SAAB can provide.

Because it makes no sense to do so.
