If ISRO said than they may have pressed the self-destructive button but if stage-1 failed to 'ignite' than how it worked well for 24 seconds? How GSLV went up? They even said that first stage working well.

Stage - 1 failed to lignite the Stage -2, i miss the word Stage - 2 there nothing else...

its a matter of fact that we cant do such things ourself.. and secondly the russian sattellite launh disaster and columbia disasters are sufficient to make it clear that these things are not meant to work 100 % ok 100 % of the time..
