Let's see what concession Doval offers, India have already indicated they are willing to withdraw, it is China who is not letting them withdraw in dignity. I believe Doval is coming to offer concessions to get a dignified withdrawal.

Why would we withdraw when snow comes? If road building equipment can reach there, generators can't?. Actually it can be a face saving retreat if you use winter as an excuse.
