Crossing the border shouldnt be punishable by death. The person should be prosecuted and deported back to his/her country. But you Indians are barbaric and have no regard for human rights.

Their is a limit of request.. Our government requesting since decades but BD government make it their policy to allow your citizen to cross border illegally ... so India have no other option

What can be done to stop your citizens from crossing the border? there is nothing that can be done, the only thing that we can do is erect a wall like east germany with electricuted fences and shooting posts, but that would be violating humanrights. There is nothing that can be done in that matter, a Bangladeshi citizen can roam around the country as freely as he wants, this is not China. Indians should introduce an electricuted fence just like the Pakistani border or pass a bill for lengthy jail term if a foreigner comes to their soverign nation illegally, but certainly shooting that bloke for crossing the border is unconstitutional even in India.

Even a poor country like Bangladesh has biometric identification system. Its your country who is not doing anything but shooting people are the border.
