You happily distort an Islamic greeting to make fun of some Indian posters. I feel pity for you and the losers who thanked your comment. "As-Salāmu `Alaykum" is a greeting which is considered to be a vital and sacred tradition of Islam; certainly not something to be used for petty jokes. If this comment was by an Indian or American, you would have immediately raised cries of religious insensitivity or even Islamophobia. Yet you don't seem to have the slightest regard or care for the dignity of your own religion.

Mujahideen and Pak soldiers may be psychologically one entity, linked in the bond of brotherhood, but are not synonymous. All those who were serving Pakistan did the fighting themselves, and made huge sacrifices ---which were trampled on by a weak prime minister

and unlike indian occupation forces garbed as UN peacekeepers --our men were fighting an enemy that had constant restock of supplies; a well armed enemy. Sure beats killing unarmed protestors demanding freedom and liberation.

on the topic of cross border firing @ Poonch --it happens quite oftenly. People are acting as if its the first time. Both sides engage in cross border firing; no new news here.
