thats exactly what i was thinking all along which means 3 years earlier in 1984 when the siachen conflict started, Pakistan was still not a full fledged nuclear power other wise the situation could have gone out of hand quite dangerously ! this query has a'lot of significance from a psyop point of view

No Pakistan didn't have deliverable nuclear weapons until the 1990s. If PAEC conducted cold-tests of some designs, it doesn't means that they were fully validated and compact enough to be delivered.
