Islamabad later divided the region into two parts - Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

NEW DELHI:
India on Thursday voiced strong opposition to Pakistan's reported move to declare Gilgit (Pakistan) as that country's fifth province.

"We have said that the entire state of Jammu and Kashmir has been and will remain a part of India," External Affairs Ministry Raveesh Kumar said in response to a question at a media briefing.

"Any attempt by Pakistan to change the legal status has no basis whatsoever," Mr Kumar said.

"We call upon Pakistan to vacate all occupied territories."

This move might help GOI to change status of Ladakh into Union Territory.

and paksitan said yes ?
bhai saab ! we are eagerly waiting for it ~ !! This will be the final coffin in the UN Resolution of kashmir plebiscite !!
Secondly it will give India chance to divide J & K into three Parts !!

So go ahead !

Good, we can now throw out article 370.
its a blessing in disguise. Plus many "freedom fighters" will be disappointed. ;)

The more better approach would be to held referendum in gilgit baltistan under international and UN monitoring and UN approval. This way we will get some with a big chunk without indian involvement. This will also bring more pressure on bhartis.

Hahahahaha i think whole Pakistan is illegally occupied
