Rather than offering billion dollar loan Bharati banya should legalize cattle trade in the border. Everyone will laugh at you if you give such nonsense reasons. All countries that bordered each other will have those issues, US has those with Canada, and Mexico. Europe has much graver issues among themselves.

The real issues are those between India and Pakistan or between India and China, nothing between India and BD. Stop looking everything from religious lenses.
