Thats even better if you give nukes to vn and show how capable you are. Just do it. We help our friend countries and they deserved respect, thats our tradition. If friend do good to us we will remember them forever. Our friend coutries in south asia could do better to develop their coutry. If they are richer than China I will be even more happy.
