im in favor of that mostly and china had also advised us but our babus who want to please india had a different idea. China gave us a very workable and practical alternative. of isolation the river indus flow to kashmir and instead make a new water channel up to G-B bypassing Kashmir and in to Pakistan.....Also expressed interests in using Arabian sea water just like in israel....... These were more workable solutions then to have an unnecessary dependence on India."Our rivers"?Let's scrap the treaty then.
that plan was presented in 90s and as long as i know its still on table. in the other hand after the breakage of IWT we were to block the empty river channels right from borders so that when u leave water it must not effect our agricultural lands!!! u may dump the water in Arabian sea or indian ocean now how u do that is yr problem to figure out.
