My point was that mid day meals scheme also had its on negatives so do not point fingers at congress just because of your political allignment with Modi's party

Mid Day meals is a truly spectacular program. Since it's launch the school dropout rates have plummeted and attendance has soared. That's the sort of program you guys really need to run in your own country.
