Why are you talking about angioplasty and Moonraking when People live in slums and go hungry. Set your priorities instead of getting praise from the whites for sending Moon missions. They laugh at your behind when you do not solve the basic issues but borrow money from the whites telling them about your wish to send space missions. Your borrowing is $520 billion do not forget.

The basic point is people should not live in slums. It happens because your society is infested with JATPAT and your preference to spend money on prestige projects like Moonraking instead of building factories that produce consumer goods and provide jobs to those who live in slums.
