Shaheen can reach Israel easily at any given day only thing we need to test is a MIRV with 2800 km range and higher weight carry capability.

Pakistan needs to have capability to reach any corner of the world. Both India and Israel have lCBMs.. so Pakistan should make an MIRVed ICBM similar to Chinese DF41.

We are one of the furthest countries from USA and we will need the highest range icbm for that. Instead of going after icbm it is better to focus on SLBM OR SLCM for USA

By why would they waste a 5000 km ICBM on mere 100 km range? Does it make any sense when they can simply use cheaper rockets to do so?

cheaper rockets will be shot down by even spada-2000 and ly-80 systems like their prithvi crap etc but this agni-5 could be competitive but would cost too much to fire at such near place.

shaheen-2A I don't think I have heard about its development anywhere..but for Shaheen 3 if you look at wikipedia you will find this pic but above it's written that it's 2750km.
