Reuters, AFP or some reputed organization are called reliable sources, not some RTT News who has never been heard of on this side of the world. But as it serves Indian interests, so for Indians it becomes reliable, understandable.
Here is some reality of RTT: "RTTNews is an Internet-based business wire service and news aggregator based in Williamsville, New York. It focuses on rapid delivery of important global financial news, economic developments, market analysis, stock alerts, foreign exchange market happenings, and the like. It offers a news alert system for desktop computers. Users of RTTNews include banks and brokerages, financial exchanges, other news aggregators, and assorted websites."
So an internet based news source gives such awesome news, without even quoting some reliable news source from whom it got the story. That tells a lot.
If in 8 years of this war, PA did not used such tactic, then in no way it is gonna use such tactic at this stage of time especially when nearly all the major militant hubs have been overrun, the people have been liberated from these Taliban.
And the stories to be heard from the liberated people from taliban rule and the joy seen on their faces is more then enough to show they are themselves fed up of the Taliban and are welcoming the arrival of govt forces, so no requirement of such tactics of using pamphlets.
And the local people know themselves that these taliban are being supported by foreign elements, who are anti-Pakistan, so no need to tell them this information again.
