wayanad is a beautiful district that lies in the more beautiful mountain ranges of the Nilgiris, its heaven on earth....wondering if somebody has got some pics of Ooty too.......the most beautiful place on earth....

Mumbai is more like the financial capital of India,loads of money here.I cannot really say that its the best city in India.
New Delhi is better in terms of infrastructure,Kolkata provides you all the benefits of a Metropolis and still manages to be really cheap for a middle class person.If you are looking for a good and healthy standard of living then the second tier cities like Pune,Mysore, Noida,Trivandrum etc are the best.
My personal choice would be Pune or Trivandrum.
