The point is if socialism is to be considered as the only way of preserving ethical sense and socioeconomic justice, the two countries might not have rejected this principle doctrine of ensuring mass equality.

There are very many shades of capitalism. There are various colors of free economy.Socialism isn't communism which is quite a different utopian concept. We cannot possibly discuss these within the limitations of a forum, but there are other ancient or indigenous forms to consider along with the modern dogmas. We Muslims believe Islamic finance is the answer. It incorporates ethics into the field of finance. Social responsibility is integrated with the Islamic system. However, it does not approve totalitarian system or command economy.

Socialism is just a direct derivative of capitalism while communism is an advanced version of it. But I am yet to read about the Islamic laws about economics and its relation with the other three systems. Only then I can understand its applicability to Indian system.
