I agree with you that there is no evdience that the ratios have changed since Independence. India as a whole has seen a massive population growth and is now on the cusp of being the biggest country in the world. This is good and bad. Simply the growth is good for businesses but is unsustainable. This is why there is so much tension in large population countries. Unfortunately India does not have the resource to provide for all her people.

If we were to accept the argument that Muslims are growing faster, then on what grounds can you force them to undergo sterilizations and if they refuse what will be the penalty? Prison? fines? removal of all muslim women? killing the first borns?

The human rights violations these people are spouting are mind boggling and is contrary to the UN and geneva conventions that India is a signatory and then Modi, the terrorist/murderer prime minister makes the call for a perm UNSC seat, but not if you don't even meet the basic tenets of that organisation.

Recently I was travelling in a train. I came across a Muslim couple with 4 children & they were very poor. I wondered how much they would be able to save after paying school fees,utility bills.
