Indian spy satellites are based on radar. It is easier to handle the visible spectrum google earth images than radar images, when dealing with a third party. Much easier to correlate the position etc.

Please refer to post 92. Think about it, which would be more helpful to your forces, some hard to understand x-ray type images or simple photos? Whether or not Indian claims are frivolous is upto your forces to decide, that to after investigation.
