According to the data you posted (thanks for the official link), it became $1,390 (INR 88,533; I suppose US$:INR = 63.74 is the prevailing exchange rate am I correct?) i.e. negative growth of 7.2%
In the other thread posted Pakistan is $1,513 has surpassed India by 8.8%, second only to Sri Lanka in South Asia.
While also in the other thread posted Bangladesh is now $1,314 which is only 5.5% behind India.
Let's us further verify these numbers.
