As the same sex marriages are not legally recognised in India, Supriyo and Abhay held a 'promising ceremony' to make their eight-year-long relationship official.

Hyderabad: For the first time in Telugu states, a gay couple has entered into a wedlock. Abhay Dange (34) and Supriyo Chakraborty (31) exchanged rings and vows at a private ceremony held at a resort on the outskirts of Hyderabad on December 18. The wedding, attended by 60 family members and close friends of the couple, was officiated by Sophia David, a trans woman from Hyderabad.
As the same sex marriages are not legally recognised in India, Supriyo and Abhay held a 'promising ceremony' to make their eight-year-long relationship official.

Abhay, a Punjabi, is an IT professional who works for an e-commerce firm while Supriyo, a Bengali, is a hospitality professional.

The ceremony was held with the Bengali and Punjabi traditions. 'Haldi', 'mehendi' and 'sangeet' were held as part of the wedding celebrations which were also attended by members of LGBT community in Hyderabad.

The duo, who met through a dating app, announced their wedding in October. Tollywood actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu had supported the gay marriage and took to Twitter to congratulate the couple.

According to Supriyo, their parents were not initially supportive but later accepted their relationship.

Supriyo and Abhay feel that their wedding will give hope to many closet couples to come out and normalise LGBTQ relationships. They also hope that the way same gender relationship was decriminialised in India, marriage of queer couples will also be legalised. They plan to register their marriage once queer couples are legally allowed to marry.

Good for them. Hopefully they won't get lynched.

Yeah, good for them, but it is ironic that when a boy and a girl in India can be honor killed for choosing to be with each other, when inter-faith male-female couples can be dragged through legalities by regressive religious groups, here a gay couple can almost-marry seemingly without much trouble.

Too much estrogen in food is screwing with peoples sexuality .
I am not sure. If it is psycological, then perhaps there can be prevention. But if it is biological, then idk what other solution can be. It is not just hormonal but emotional. Can it be 'natural' ? I mean is it impossible for a guy to find any girl unattaractive, but boys?

Confiscation of property with handing over rigourous jail time to who ever adds/feeds estrogen to poultry , live stock for huge return on investment etc

If it's biological then may be it could be surgically figured out but if psychological then daily recitations of Surah Al Naas and Al Falaq with professional counselling should be offered

That is cruel bro.. If Allah has created them bilogically that way, what can we do. It can be human influenced like diet/chemicals and subsequent gene disorder.

Emotional needs are different that spirtual. Like Hz Yaqoob AS cried for Hz Yusuf AS emotionally, not bcz Hz Yaqoob AS lack some spirtuality. Diet can control hormones only. Some supplement can change the gender (biologically). Anyway, it is not much talked about it in our society.

Your utter idiocy on full display again.

LGBT folk are way more oppressed here, it's a way bigger stigma than hindu Muslim weddings etc

These guys are obviously from well to do progressive hindu families... Christian, Sikhs, Parsis etc are also sometimes quite open minded about stuff like that... in 🇮🇳 there is basically only one community that is universally opposed to it, guess which one

You are happy and I know why......

.
Can someone with knowledge tell me which gender has the rooh which is put inside body ? Male, Female, or no gendered ?

. . . .
Being openly gay is a very courageous thing to do in India as most of the society still has the "log kya kahenge" mentality. Good for them.
