a simple dump bomb when fitted with fins for precison bombing if dropped from 50,000 feet can travel 40-60 km, rocket guided weapons have range of 120-300km
a targeting pod can easily see till 30-40 km, remember you claim strikes were done just within 2-3 km of pakistani boarder..
so its stupid unless you wanted very precise operation single kill(like 5-10kg drone missles) or wanted to capture any body

• How many of those stationed are deployed on LoC?
• What is the length of LoC?

Just answer them and you will know why is it perfectly legitimate for observers not to "directly observe" any firing.

And what makes you think that PAF wont pick up the blink in the radar ?
These side of border have formidable radar defence .Both the nations can easily track each other even if they are inside their own territory

routine sorties can be flown within indian boarder, it takes minutes to do drop bombs and be gone scarmable times is 5-10 minutes atleast

Pakistan has 6 AWACs available that can provide 24/7 coverage of all areas bordering India. These can direct 76 F-16 and 90 JF-17 that can engage any air intruders with BVR weapons and bomb the crap out of ground forces. There is no way India can carry out surgical strikes against Pakistan.

Forget about nuclear weapons, Pakistan can hold off Indian conventional military for at least 2 weeks.
