India failed to learn from other nations who were actually undergoing second or third waves at the time. India also failed to learn from its own mistakes. Similar mistakes have been occurring this time but the virus itself is much worse from the mutation.

There is no quarantine for anyone coming from outside india..that has what led to the present situation in india..is there 14 day govt quarantine for people flying into pak?

10 day home quarantine only for negative tests. Government quarantine for positive tests.

Inbound flights have been reduced to 20%.
