And the cycle goes on...So nobody has any right to tell us what we should scale back defense for social welfare and Indians have our history before us. India always paid a heavy price for being sloppy in our defense ..the last one being 1962.

We need to develop Universities like those in USA..
We have mumbai university, Pune unviersity in Maharashtra but they do not have single campus..thousands of colleges are spread over huge geographical area in each of these universities..thus making it difficult to maintain standards..

Guy's I guess by now most of us Indians have actually got the point!!?Our perception of University is different from the West!!We are more concerned about our technical institutes I would say
