My understanding is india needs all 48 nations to vote in favour.

At this moment they probably have 45 yes and 3 who wish to discuss implication.

As we speak the likes oif USA and UK are puittingreal pressure on china to cool its stance

War and peace your are right but the feeling is CHINA is feeling isolated and concerned the impression it will leave on relationships with key partners

Nations never forget and never forgive.

IF CHINA wants international clout and image it has to make good decisioins that the world wants.

CURRENTLY 95% OF THE NSG want india to get full membership.

China may be okay going against india

BUT the other big powers will not be too happy

AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE so china pleases one nation Pakistan.

I agree .It is ironic and funny.
But I will appreciate our leaders ,scientific ,diplomatic,intelligence community .
Its been a terrific journey of 35 years nuke isolation.

Turkey .I dont think so .They wont do that when entire EU nations and US supports us in this case.

Of Course ,they vetoed us twice and one was most ridiculous action ,supporting a terrorist .
Guess what ?they shot on their foot .
Japan participated only one time when we started the Malabar Naval exercise , around 8 years ago .China protested ,so then we didnt invite them .
But soon after this moron act of Veto we finalised Japan's permanent presence in Malabar exercise and we began routine sailing in SCS .
