Well both sides have there fair share of fanboys so will be unjustified to mention one or two here. Still, i do feel that there may be some things to learn.

What you can learn is to run as far away from any Indian model of "development" you can. India is progressing despite the govt, bureaucracy and policies not because of it.

Sheer entrepreneurial will of people, demographics and unsaturated markets are the reason for growth. Nothing to do with Govt, retrospective taxation on foreign investment, knee-jerk reactions with banning products, shoddy infrastructure and red-tape.

Not your fault, Had Pakistan been stable and peaceful and not bogged down in its own mire of extremism, terrorism and so called WoT - it would have been a Trillion Plus Dollar Economy too.

Our Govt and its policies are as bad or even worse than yours. It is just you bad luck

So what do you say Indians?

Well if they predicted 8% and delivered only 7% they should improve their performance. Hopefully they improve execution rather than reduce the predictions!
