I meant international diplomacy not you being diplomatic. Its doesn't work the way you think that since we are reducing oil import we are lesser friend, we are thinking of exporting wheat to Iran and a delegation from Iran is visiting India soon, which means we are more of a friend?. Try to understand entire foreign policies, they are governed not only by past, present and possible future international scenarios but also the domestic requirements.
