But question is can ISRO deliver? Anyone can make a PPTX presentation and write whatever they want but can India achieve that much from current situation.

Well IMHO ISRO must work hard for at least 40 more years before they can make such outlandish claims.

ISRO has only recently put a 4 tonne payload into Geostationary orbit, something Beijing did decades ago yet Indians are already talking about 16+ tonne payloads,,,,slow down folks or it will be another......

Baijing was way ahead of new Delhi in so many things but they are surpassed in most of the areas of space technology by new Delhi. Lifting capability is an area where it is. Still ahead. They shall be surpassed in this area also in next decade.

Long march failed just last year. Chinese trolls did chest thumping for 2 days in PDF for launching a very powerful communication satellite for 2 days before they knew that it is resting in the of see to communicate how many ships are passing through that area.
