You stupid idiot during the mangla dam extension they asked villagers to move away in mirpur ( AJK) and the army helped us and they compensated us and even in england the families owning fields were given money so in what way the army wouldn't help its own people living in LOC area and some times people be reluctant to leave there homes behind and the army can't force them to.

EDIT:Also i would like to add the loc is also located in mirpur to and it would be stupid not to move the people who live in the loc area out of laziness.
