You know what, QUAD ask India to beat China and Russia vaccine diplomacy. Modi handed out tens of millions of vaccines, spread all over the world, while other members of QUAD, such as US never give a single shot, not even US allies.

Nope as those AstraZeneca vaccines were never India's to start off with for 2 reasons:


1. It was licencese by AstraZeneca on the condition that India would share it with other 3rd world countries.

2. India had signed legally binding agreemenst to supply x number of vaccins on monthly schedules to countries like BD etc.
