India Contemplates Anti-Satellite Vehicle Integration with Agni-III Ballistic Missile

They may have done it but they are not like US, they never stop military support even if we request them some hardware on urgent basis they always have provided us, for future the are training our pilots on their Sino & Russian Flanker so you can guess why they are doing it.

Well, matey, IAF trains on SIngaporean Block-52s, now does that mean...? Sure China is supportive of Pakistan,
but the equations change abruptly once Pak is held responsible for initiating nuclear war. China (or any other country,
even US) won't be able to help you then. You have no clue.

.
Now don't give me that crap. I'm sure even Somalians can do wonders if they have the funds, education, resources etc.
Problem is, they don't have what it takes to do great, greater things.

You can't even think what we can do as many Pakistani who have worked in high tech big posts are willing to work here if given opportunity, they were even ready to put their own money to start the project, its our system corrupt system which don't let them do that.

SUPARCO can launch SLV in a year if funds are properly issued, they can do much more than that, as PAF and they are now working on something too, but at the end of the day money is the core ingredient.

.
Even some times I have thought that we are much dependent on China but after visiting F-22P I found out that we are not that dependent what Indian think.
its not like i am condemning ur relations with china....
but i do feel awkward over it... but anyway i am no one to judge, u are a sovereign nation and ur policy.maker can surely think of what in the best interest of ur nation...

There is a friendship treaty between China & Pakistan, it is more than what you had with Russia during 70s, can't say more than that as it is not much public.

F-22P have good western tech input and our N-Sub will be based on western tech too, this shows that we are not much dependent on China but they are our friends who are always there when everybody denies us goodies, specially the tech. If nothing goes wrong then PN will have advance N-sub of western class, if something goes wrong then China is always there but our equipment is always a hybrid one not completely Chinese.

Pakistan does not have capacity to have full fledged war with India. India has to just take care of terrorists.

These tech. is for China centric since they have already

Well, it's my fault for not being comprehensive enough but I assumed you were sensible enough to couple the financial investments with the strategic significance the cooperation has for achieving China's String of Pearls ambition. It's not just investment, it is the strategic importance of that investment.

Couple that with Sino-Pak cooperation in the defence industry, and India's disputed northern border it becomes increasingly significant that the Chinese are inclined towards protecting their interests in Pakistan than they are in India.

Also, quit your political point-scoring and get your facts straight.

Currently, Sino-Indian trade is around $75 billion, making it India’s largest trading partner. But China’s investment in India was a meager $135 million from April 2000 to August 2012, compared with $13 billion invested by Japanese companies in the same period.

I understand that you and your fellow Indian brethren here like to think you have a leverage over Pakistan in everything, but I don't have a problem upsetting you by pointing out the contrary.

Also the trade between India and China is heavily lopsided. In effect China is just selling India goods to the benefit of its own economy.

India has lodged frequent protests with China over the widening trade-deficit and out of pity China has recently decided, on paper, to entertain Indian requests.

More Chinese investments in India soon | India China Economic and Cultural Council

Yes in my short stay here I have found that this forum actually encourages fools to post their ridiculous inferences in order to score brownie points.Too bad these brownie points aren't worth jack in real world scenarios.

The way some of these think tanks back each others BS is classic Folie a deux.

LOL They got much bigger investments going on in India. To the tune of $100 billion or more in future -

China offers to finance 30 percent of India's infrastructure | The Economic Times
China invites India to join Asian Infrastructure Development Bank
India, China to achieve trade of $100 billion by 2015

In short, their economic relations with India are waaaaaay higher than with Pakistan. Does this mean they have
taken an oath to protect India from external attack? What fools are to be found in this forum man.....

Lol. Quit trolling and improve your argument.

Wrong, Pakistan have potential to fight a full scale war with India, but it should not happen, and ASAT is something which is not a concern to Pakistan for now, for now it is truly China centric.

.
Nope, you are late, because you have to develop the tech, we will just arrange it when needed as it is already fully operational with someone who will not deny us. :D

If you are talking about military Satellites then you have to confront with China as Pakistan rely on them for now.

Btw Congrats :-)
you have to sell half Pakistan to use that tech that to if China agree to have war for you

No, did you know how much China is investing even when we are having poor law & order situation, the west is also willing to invest if we can improve our law & order situation as they say it is much easier to do business then India. We have natural resources which can make us wealthy like Saudia Arabia, but our politicians and system is too corrupt that is the problem.

Sheer bragging! Somebody please tell SUPARCO that even to design and develop an indigenous SLV - it first takes a sounding rocket to start things with - it is still to make one and neither does it require money being the core ingredient! It's more about willingness and technical expertise.

ISRO was in a more pathetic situation than what SUPARCO is today when we started with our space programme but it went step by step to achieve what we have achieved today!

As a matter of fact you have a budget of around $75 million in 2010 - which was enough to start things off with! you could have developed your entire series of sounding rockets later embarking on to develop SLV's!

Not at all even if SUPARCO is given a budget which it anticipates even then it is not possible for it to design and develop a SLV in a year as you claim for it would have been so then they would have done it long before!

.
71 dynamics are not at play today. Any SKV transfer will be covert, therefore India would have to absorb the rude shock. Even if India gets to know about it, knocking out Chinese sats is a risk India wont take, consequently giving Pakistan a tactical advantage.

@Gessler

No one is talking about a Nuke war, something you Swami Juniors are obsessed over.

Modern battlefield is about Net Centricity. Simply because our Sat services are hooked to a country you can't afford to have a war with gives us an extra layer of surviveability for our NCW capabilities.

GPS navigation is desired for Ballistic missiles but by no means critical, especially when the target is just around the corner. No PPA is needed for BMs. ICBMs on the other hand are a different subject. Our cruise missiles have inbuilt contingencies for an event of GPS non avalibility. They have TERCOM and other multiple guidence systems which were designed to be sanction proof.

Transferring systems which might be used against Indian assets will be a risk China might not like to take. Any such transfer during a war will be an act of war. India might "covertly" take out a few Chinese assets only to deny later.

:hitwall:
Your post actually substantiates what he was saying and contradicts what your fellow countrymen are saying here, LOL.

So, as per your admission, Chinese are benefiting by trade with India, and as this figure is all set to touch approx. $100bn by 2015, Chinese will be stupid to harm the economic relations with India. :partay:

Please don't make this into a di@k measuring contest. Like how ISRO is wayyyyy behind NASA, SUPARCO is nowhere even near ISRO.

Whatever SUPARCO has achieved till date, ISRO does way more every year

Name one system that we've bought from China that can't be used against India ?

Yup, keep that list in your brain, thats your answer.

@Gessler

Pakistan is going to lose a conventional war against India in a 'few hours' or 'days' according to who?

. .
I read somewhere on this forum that Pakistanis are more pro-China than the Chinese people. On this Thread Pakistanis seem to be talking more about China and less about Pakistan. Has Pakistan officially become a part of China? Just curious.

Back on topic, I don't think India will think twice before taking military action against any external aggression even if the aggressor is a Green Army from Mars, so I guess our response to any Earthly aggressor including China won't be meek either.
