It was 10Km on this April 19th article, from India. so move from 10KM to 19 km from 19th to 25th.

I agree that there was a discrepancy initially in media reporting. But the 19KM is final because it was announced in the Parliament by the defense minister.

If it was discrepancy, it would be solved in hours, not a week. Its because India believe that by changing the distance, it would give India leverage in discussion. So the 10KM was shameless adjusted to 19KM without skipping a beat. And the Indian media follow it like peas in a pod. All articles just easily revise to 19KM from 10KM without referring back to the 10KM line, as what you would expect when there is a true discrepancy.
