Depends, in case of a localized conflict it's best for Pakistan to stay away or else it may become a full fledged war with India with unimaginable damage for Pakistan. If it's full blown war with China and India is tied in the eastern front then may be just may be Pakistan can think about launching some kind of surprise attack with some military objectives to fulfill.

Even in a full scale war b/w India and China. Pakistan should first wait for atlest 10 days, during this time India will think that Pakistan isn't going to attack now as it's been many days, while on other hand India will shift it's major part of firepower from Pak-Ind border to China border. then, i think is the right time to attack.

Entering in war after 10 days have many benefits.

1. maybe there is no need to enter this was as "maybe" the war will end in 6-8 days. "Remember, here we are talking about China and India i.e; 2.5 billion People and major players of world trade. no one can bear the effect of this war, not even US. so they will most probably try to end this war as soon as possible.

2. India will lose major part of stored ammo in these days. mean's it will be easy for Pakistan to take India then.

3. It will be a surprise attack as India will think if Pakistan didn't attacked in 7 days, they are not going to enter this war anyway.

Finally, I hope there is no war. I wish Asia spend more on human development then military and war's. 600-800 million Poor people in Asia cannot afford any war. it will further add 400-500 million in this list.

Good imagination but why do you think the same UN, US will not interfere to stop Pakistan not to enter into a conflict mode with India during war between India and China. Dont you think this point of Pakistan attaching India in case of Chinese attack is not being discussed and strategized already.

Also, I want to discuss the role of Israel here, in case India is attacked by Pakistan what role would Israel play here. They don't have friendly relations with Pakistan and as it is an open secret, the Massod has already offered India to dismantle Pakistan's nuclear capability (talking about how much they would be able to do it is another matter) but this angle cannot be avoided.

Third, in case of India, China attack, do you think Vietnam, Japan can take this opportunity and all these countries in SCS with whom China has conflicts would like to gain as much as possible too like Pakistan thinking of taking the opportunity to attack India. How would China react in that case? Do you think China can handle all these countries simultaneously? I doubt on that.

The US no matter how sweet is talking under Trump, will not leave an opportunity to degrade its closest enemy i.e. China at the moment. US will take every step to ensure China is reduced in its capability as much as possible in order to retain number 1 spot. We all know US has a big role in disintegration of USSR. So China has to worry about that angle too. Going full fledged war with India is not gonna do any good for China either.
