and one thing more. Honestly speaking previous indian governments were wise and their prime ministers were visionary. Now india had been changed. Its more of emotions then intellect. It will make you afghanistan eventually and maybe destroy Pakistan and the region too in the process. Politics of hate have destroyed empires.

Tibetan rivers are source of water for many nation's... You just simply can't do it against international norms

I don't see why you can't scrap it now, it's not enforceable as both parties are enemies.

Well agreements of this natire don't get nullified just because of the relationship status. Further if Afghans being enemies can stay in Pakistan, ex commies can live in western capitalist countries then agreements between two so called “enemies” can continue as long as the clauses are met.
